Bob is a graduate of St. John's University and the University of Notre Dame Law School. He has practiced law for more than 40 years and focuses his practice on real estate, business law, and employment law. 

Bob is President and Trustee of the Northeast Lions Foundation, is a Chair of the McNeely Center for Entrepreneurship at St. John's University and College of St. Benedict, and is on the Board of Directors of East Side Neighborhood Services. He has served as President of the St. Anthony Village Chamber of Commerce and is a Past President of the St. John's University National Alumni Board. 

Tom is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School (cum laude) and St. John's University (summa cum laude). Mr. Brever is formerly Director of Taxes for Jostens, Inc., International Tax Counsel for Grand Metropolitan PLC (Pillsbury, Green Giant, Haagen Dazs), a Senior Trial Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service, and a Special Assistant United States Attorney. He has more than 40 years’ experience practicing law.

Mr. Brever was a member of the adjunct faculty of the Master of Business in Taxation program at the University of Minnesota. He practices primarily in the areas of taxation, international business, and white-collar criminal matters.

Andrew graduated from William Mitchell College of Law (Cum Laude) and St. John's University (Magna Cum Laude). Mr. Brever practices primarily in the areas of business, taxation, estate planning, and white-collar criminal matters.

In his spare time, Andrew is a volunteer coach for a local Special Olympics team and a volunteer football coach at St. Anthony high school.

Eric is Of Counsel with the firm, and can regularly be found at his South Metro office in New Prague, Minnesota, with further information here. Eric continues to collaborate with the attorneys at Foster & Brever, PLLC and is available to meet clients at the firm office in St. Anthony.  He has extensive experience advising individuals and small businesses with regard to employment, real estate, probate, estate planning, and taxation issues.  He has been named a Minnesota Rising Star by SuperLawyers Magazine in 2015, 2016 and 2018.

Abby is a Paralegal and has been with our firm since 2013. Prior to working as a Paralegal she had over ten years of experience in Marketing and Data Analysis. She works with attorney Bob Foster and the clients he represents. Abby is actively involved in all aspects of the practice, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence, reviewing documents and agreements, legal research, communicating with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and administrative agencies. Abby is a member of the Minnesota Paralegal Association. She is a 2020 graduate of North Hennepin Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal.
